🚀 What you’ll do?

Lead and grow our sales activities across European markets.
Own and develop the sales pipeline – from outreach to closing.
- Work closely with our 2 Business Development colleagues who handle active outreach, while staying involved in the process yourself (approx. 20% of your time). We believe it’s the only way to keep a pulse on the market and see first-hand what (doesn’t) work.
Take the time to deeply understand our product, our mission, and how we bring value to customers – no slide-reading robots here.
Collaborate directly with our Chief Product Officer, Jan Hicl, and CEO, David Brožík, on strategy and execution.
Partner with our Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to make sure customer feedback shapes how we grow.
Adapt sales approaches to different customer segments and geographies.
Bring in your insights to co-create our go-to-market strategy.
Be the face of Delta Green to potential partners in B2B energy sector.

👇 What we’re looking for?

5-8 years of hands-on experience in a self-directed sales role (medior level).
Previous work in a tech-focused startup or international scale-up.
Solid grasp of how sales pipelines work and how to build and manage one.
High motivation to truly understand our product and its impact.
English at C1–C2 level.
One more language at a similar level or Czech is a bonus, but not required.
